Shell ready foundation, optional turnkey completion

The contract is primarily for a structure-ready condition. If desired, a turnkey completion can also be requested by separate agreement. This allows the buyer to decide on their own execution or to order the full completion.

Payment Schedule – to structural completion

How to buy an apartment

1. Letter of Intent
At the current stage of the project, apartments can be reserved with a letter of intent, with a price guarantee.

2. Execution of a Preliminary Agreement
Following the plans coming into effect, a preliminary agreement will be signed, with the payment of a 10% deposit.

3. Implementation Phase
The further purchase price installments will be paid in stages, adjusted to the construction completion levels.

4. Handover ready for use / optional turnkey completion
The apartments will be handed over in a shell-ready condition. If desired, a turnkey completion can also be requested under a separate contract.

Legal Information and Fees

Before the building's roof structure is completed, properties are sold through a construction contract, which is exempt from stamp duty.
After the roof is completed, the apartments are sold as property acquisition tax-burdened sales.

The lawyer's fee for the sale and purchase is approximately 0.75%of the total purchase price, based on a personal offer.
